Sounds like he's attempting to legitimize his present accomplishments if he ultimately decides not to fight Pac.

He'll be an all time great, except he will NEVER be talked about except with questions asked because he now has had I think 4 years to fight pacquiao (lets not make this into whose fault it is, stating a FACT) and has not. The best fighters of the past get credit not only for ability but also for who they fought. Anyone who has an "0" loss record comes under the most scrutiny.

He can boast all he wants, the fans are the ones who determine the best, not him.

So measuring by Marquez ... why is Floyd so scared of PAC? Simply why?

The Money Floyd who is voluntarily dumping 50++ mln paycheck just to
prove that PAC is worthless and should earn 10 mln less than himself?

Floyd is a coward nothing more.

PAC is safely 10 spots above Floyd retiring today, which proves what?

I saw a video of that entire interview session, he is obviously aware of his own achievements but seems completely naive when discussing pacquiao who record is better. Floyd likes to talk about pacmans losses and draws forgetting that good wins ALWAYS out shine losses.

Pac is an ATG as well. I'm not hating on him like those hating on PBF saying he isn't an ATG which is ridiculous.

that is right both are ATG, the question is why is Floyd mentioning
PAC in this contest, is he so insecure about his own ATG status ... ?

or he need to defend his lack of willingness for fighting PAC by saying
"I don't need to fight him, I already beat Marquez, who gave him a hell
so it proves I'm better at ATG list, no point for the real fight then"?

No arguement hes definitely a ATG.
Could be a top flight approaching top 20 ATG though but hes too busy making less risky money and going on vacations for that.
Can't blame him though, everybody has different priorities.

I do think just based on resume Pac is about 10 to 15 spots higher on the list.

How would you argue for Floyds lack of willingness to fight PAC?
Are you afraid he will actually lose it, don't you have confidence in your boy?
