Trust me. No one is able to get a loan without having to pay back more than the loan amount. And why would Floyd even need a loan if he's getting 40 mil a fight as he and everyone says?

You forgot to subtract cost like money spent on venue and promotions. All this TV time is not free.

Exactly. I'm just saying that styles and skills make up fights and ofcourse money plays a huge part in whether or not a fight will actually take place. But most fight fan's know how much estimated Floyd is getting... and about the ppv rating u covered for ur friend Pimp C. Cos if u remember u replied to the post i sent him. If you read my reasoning's i am nowhere 'bitching'. No one really knows how much they are gonna get paid just rough estimates. And what will we actually get by discussing that Floyd has the bigger purse cos people r gonna watch his comeback frm vacation?

What are numbers... numbers are for insecure big ego people.... true fans don't care about such PPV numbers your saying... they appreciate explosive exiciting talent.... people can relate to Manny because he went from 0 to hero... and this waving that your doing... means nothing to me... it just show's that you don't welcome new interpretation.

Then out of nowhere you reply.

Funny how "fans" get caught up and obsess over the business negotiations involving fight purses when we are ultimately the suckers that postpone the real fight we want to see by purchasing these lesser PPVs.

I believe it's the posters obsessed w/ ridiculing great fighters as "glass jaw hype jobs" and other various slander. Ironically, these posters are the same people that praise Floyd Mayweather for taking easier fights to make money without the greater risk. And if Mayweather were to lose, sadly, they would be the first to turn on him.

Bottom line you cannot be a "fan" of the sweet science without having high respect for the tremendous skills of both Pacquiao and Mayweather. Thus why I'm always suspicious of anyone that is a balls out "Pacquiao fundamentalist" or "Mayweather fundamentalist".

I rarely post in Mayweather/Pacquiao threads as they always wind up being 20+ pages of BS like this about purse bids, PEDs, urine/blood testing, legal battles, etc. I don't have a MD/JD so I can't speak to it. The only PPV I will be purchasing featuring Mayweather or Pacquiao is "Mayweather vs. Pacquiao".

(Thank you and end rant :)

Mayweather, who beat Ricky Hatton in 2007, said: "Hopefully, I will fight in England to give my fans what they want over there.
"I would love to come to Wembley and fight. I don't know if Amir has enough to test me but you don't know what can happen."

    Why should I.

You're the one who keep spinning things. There are lots of articles, opinions and almost all major sport papers that says who really is trying to avoid the fight. If still not satisfied you can make your own poll here in ESB and let's see the final result once and for all.

Dude you came into a thread talking about MONEY and PPV buys... Then go on some rant about Pac is more exciting and this and that, nothing at all to do with the subject at hand... Then dude replies to you again bringing in the money and ppv sales factor, the point of this thread. Then you again reply with some rant on how people can relate to Manny and what true fans care about.. THEN I posted asking you to leave the thread if you want to just '*****' about people discussing the money and ppv sales IN A MONEY THREAD.

You obviously won't get anything out of discussing money, so again WHY are you in this thread? Just want to bother people who DO care about something different than you? If you don't care about the money aspect you have no reason to be in the thread. Honestly... :thumbsup
