the idea of a strength disadvantage is the most bogus thing I've ever heard. Floyd has average strength for a man his size. He lets guys push him to the ropes if they can catch him. The strongest he has looked is in manhandling Mosley, but that was sharp timing and hitting when Mosley tried to do everything and knowing position. Mosley himself said Floyd never, ever tries to overpower you. Floyd is a lot of things, but he isn't a paragon of strength.
He's not stronger in a punching sense, that's for sure. Pacquiao has better punching technique using more efficient angles and weight transfer threw the punch. Also an all time great, De La Hoya was 'bigger and stronger' going into his fight with Pacquiao and look what happened there, I can see a similar outcome in this fight, Pacquiao overwhelming the opponent with his speed attacking from all angles
I really cant get over how some floyd fans claim he is not bigger, there eyes tell them hes bigger, then floyd does, then everyone else does but no hes not bigger theyll drag up some stat or weight from somewhere
But when have you ever heard Pacquiao admit that he "waited until the time was right" once he had "seen some changes" in the other boxer? Come on son.
Freddy does Pac thinking for him. Freddy waited for Shane for the right time. When Freddy was asked by Shane to fight Manny , Freddy said Shane was "too good"
It's basically his whole career isn't it. Who has Pac fought when they were at their best? A battered Margarito post Mosley? A severely drained DLH way past his prime? A battered Cotto post Margacheato? Why do you think this fight took this long? Pac waited for Floyd to get older. Pac doesn't have to say anything, we KNOW.
