He did a tour of the Uk before the Hatton fight and was blown away by the support and energy he saw, especially here in Manchester, even if he was getting **** half the time he saw it in the way it was meant and embraced it . [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VhPAwZTXTE[/ame] America's all about politics, british boxing is about passion. Floyd realised that and thats why he gets respect as a great fighter over here. It's not that we all love him and want him to beat Khan ( some racist types might ), it's just we respect our legends, wherever they're ****in from :good
This content is protected THis my current avatar. I dunno if you can see it when I paste it like this. Maybe it's time for a change of flags.:deal
Can you paste a union jack coming out of the other side of his mouth ? Floyd improving UK/US relations?
I'm guessing you're taking no sides in a Floyd vs Khan fight? Same stance for the Hatton vs Floyd fight?
Not at all i wanted Hatton to win desperatly because he's from down the road and i'd followed his career for years. That didnt stop me giving him next to **** all chance cos i knew how good floyd was.I didn't and still dont go in for fan boy biased **** cos i like to believe i know my boxing . I'm not such a big fan of Khan but id probably still vaguely want him to win but would give him even less of a chance to do so.
I dont know if Amir will attend but i wish i was in Vegas right now would love to see the great Mayweather jr train and then see Khan fight. I do hear one thing, Floyd will be ringside for Khan-Judah Sat night.
