Floyd invites Khan fans to gym

im British and although i believe floyd to be an outstanding technical boxer i dont like the guy and will never root for him. also i believe that he will never appeal to the mainstream or casual fan as all of his fight look boring to an outsider as they cannot see the technical wizardry of the man, all they see is not much action!

Id like to see khan vs floyd and although floyd would win i think Amir in 18 months would give floyd a hell of a fight

He also takes the **** out of British people regularly. Don't you remember that homemade video of his - around the same time he was hurling racist abuse to Pac - where he blasted a UK fan? It was in response to a question of whether he'd like to come to UK and fight Khan one day. He was mocking the guy's accent, whilst saying he [Khan] needs to take his ass back to England before mentioning his name, etc.

He only cares for the fans here if he sees an opportunity to make money. Seeing how they got behind Hatton, made him realize there's a big market to be played here. And now a group of fans happen to be in his town for Khan's fight, so he's just making the most out of this opportunity. That's all.

And in regards to the Brits loving Floyd, that's exaggerated. They love him no more than they love Pacquiao. If you're a major sportstar in the US, the UK will always welcome you and lick your ass. Tyson, Leonard, Foreman, etc, they all experience the same love.

 

Floyd's the best fighter out there and the Brits just love his style.When he came to London to train at the Peacock gym the place was packed like it was a rock concert.I was there and it was awesome.I'm sure Floyd himself was surprised by the level of support he got.It's always like that,Tyson is hailed in many countries even though Americans treat him like he always carries a bag of rotton fish

 

We just respect his skills, and love to watch the guy fight. As a human being, I think they guy is pretty lowly. The ****er beats up women. I can't excuse that ****.

I want to go but i'm babysitting my nieces. I'm not a khan fan, but I think i'll bring these girls to the gym. I don't know if its a good idea. I'll have them tethered to me.

 

im a brit,i love floyd,he talks trash and is brash and arrogant,but after a fight is always very respectful from what ive seen,and also his talent,unbelievable skills
