Either Bradley or Garcia for me. In 82-83 SRL and Sal Sanchez shared honors I don't see why Bradley/Garcia can't, but if I had to pick it'd be Bradley. Too many people have Matthysse beating or drawing with Garcia. Floyd still the best, but the catchweight hurt his cause vs Canelo. I'd have 1. Bradley 2. Garcia 3. Mayweather as to who deserves FOTY.

Mayweather will definitely win Ring Magazine fighter of the year. He has a good shot at the BWAA fighter of the year award as well. Garcia, and Rigo are good candidates as well.
