This is where he's dead wrong. There is no way to consistently catch drug cheats except for the ones dumb enough to have bad choice in substances or bad timing.

Armstrong has actually, alledgedly failed a WADA test.

However, it happened at a time when US athletics had a policy that failures were dealt with internally, so nothing happened to him.

There is a big court case going on at the moment in France, to try and get access to the sample he failed with, to re-test it. So he can be punished retrospectively. He's trying to block it. The French are trying to get him punished.

He's failed a test in the past man. I promise you. It's a fact. The only argument is whether he should be punished for it now

Hell yeah. Was all over the news in Singapore.

Pacquiao's people have a steely grip over his US/West image. He makes the media a lot of money. They have no interest in changing that situation. They ignore a lot of what comes out.

He's actually a pretty controversial figure in South East Asia. Stuff comes out all the time.

As I said, government officials leaked memos to show that his education history was basically faked by the corrupt government, to help him beat his rival for the senate.

He lost to her 2 years earlier, because voters didn't think he was smart enough to be in office

He didn't even stop Harris. According to the police report, the way he jumped into the car and sped off was reminiscent of his fight with Baldomir.

Agree fully. Even full random testing for the entire training camp isn't enough.

The best testing is full random testing ALL YEAR ROUND. Like no breaks whatsoever. And people still beat that.

I'm just saying, if you're only being tested by urine, on pre planned dates, you have to assume tons of people cheat

What was Pacquiao impregnating a 16 year old street girl then?

I suppose she was as small as some of his flyweight opponents. But at least they got paid for it!

If it's true, then Pac is slimeball, too. I'm really not naive enough to think Pac has no skeletons in his closet either, but damn Floyd and his crackhead family takes the cake on so many levels. I'm glad you feel the need to defend him so vehemently -- says a lot about your integrity, MRWRONDERFUL.

That's a fair assumption. Random, year round testing is the best of what's available, but it's a shame that any athlete with an ounce of financial means (either his own, his trainer's, or his representative government) can still routinely beat even the best testing they can come up with.

The biggest problem is that the people who create P.E.D.'s have the first-mover advantage, and WADA always has to play catch up with an inferior budget to do so since something can't be tested until it's known for, and even then there's no guarantee a working, reliable test can be found. They're still trying to iron out a reliable test for a 30 year old problem in HGH while the industry is on the verge of gene doping, which, in technical speak, is some really sci-fi ****.

i still dont remember floyd, on any major media outlet or with a credentialed member of the media, saying "manny cheats..hes on PEDS"....all i remember him saying on espn and on hbo is that he wants to make sure everyone is on an "even" playing field

way too many people start talking about how floyd launched a hateful attack and all that stuff...when most of it was his father and uncle saying stuff in front of a crappy video camera for some garbage interview....and floyds been guilty of that on a few occasions too....but some people act like hes all over espn and hbo saying pac is a cheat and user...lol

  15. you have to be respectful about other nations because if not for uncle sam

slaving your greats... you are still back home chymp :good
