I doubt Ariza ever put anything worthwhile in those shakes. I bet he just wanted people to believe he did.

I mean what could he have put in those shakes? Oral growth hormone, EPO? Nope. Oral steroids? Yes, theoretically. Then again oral steroids are inferior to injectable steroids, and are very heavy on the liver.

Some other designer drug? Doubtfull, they would most likely have to be injected.

Probably some standard pre-workout ****, with some creatine and a large dose of placebo.
