Scared to loose, I totally agree. I don't see him scared to fight him just terrified that he could loose. With his shity attitude he would have nothing if cotto stopped him.

When is Arrum going to offer Mayweather $20m+ with no strings to get Mayweather in the ring with Cotto? We all know thats what it'll take. Has Arrum even made an offer for a Cotto fight?

No he hasn't. Maybe he and Cotto know something about PBF that his overzealous fans don't? And that's they want no parts of PBF right now.

Shane had alot to lose when he was #1 p4p but he still fought all the best. He could have esily ducked Vernon and said "who has he beat" - but he didnt, he manned up and showed courage - something apparently Fraud is not capable of.

Until an offer is made this is mere speculation. You can't say " I want Mayweather" then not offer him anything to get in the ring with you. This is so sad that people are still having this debate on esb.

when Merchant asked Fraud about Cotto after the Hatton fight, he said he was taking the year off to promote. . . why in the hell would you make an offer a fight to someone who made it clear he's gonna duck you. Arum already tried that with the 8 mil offer a couple years ago, he's been through this b4 and understands when Fraud is set on ducking, theres no stopping him. :deal

So if he himself admits that he was taking a year off then how is he ducking him now then? He said if the money was right then he would fight plain and simple. He will fighting for some big money this september and if Arum had the balls to offer him good money to take the fight then he would have. You just can't say since Arum knows what Floyd will do he won't even make an offer so therefore he is ducking Cotto. Stop it with the spin.

Boxers say **** all the time, they also say they're retired. To say that it's dumb to offer someone a ton of money just because they said they might be busy is ridiculous. Offer him $20 million and see how badly he still wants to promote. Didn't Floyd fire Arum because--among other reasons--he knew he wouldn't make the DLH fight? Maybe Cotto should study that.

And by the way, to say that a pro fighter is SCARED of someone is ****ing inane. I love Floyd, but I'll admit he could very well be scared of losing, but actually scared of the person? No ****ing way.
