    So where in that paragraph is the argument that Floyd is a greater fighter? Better is subjective, because first of all Floyd never beat Pacquiao. As for greater, you rank that on resume and achievements -- and according to most people, Pac's resume and achievements out-weigh Floyds.

    mayweather at pac's age when he first turned pro was also a flyweight...so by that logic, Floyd is a former flyweight as well

    That's not saying much. Manny has been KOd three times. He's fought the same guys he's already beaten multiple times. He's fought opponents that were clearly declining in their last few fights. Margarito (KOd by Mosley), Cotto (KOd by Margarito), DLH (beaten by Floyd), Hatton (KOd by Floyd), Mosley (schooled by Floyd), JMM (schooled by Floyd), Rios (beaten by Alvarado) ... see the pattern? If you lose, you get put on Manny's short list of opponents.
