Floyd was right when he said he was a fraud

 

yet Floyd avoided fighting him because something about Pacman made him apprehensive. Floyd's action show he thought Manny was the real deal and not a fraud.

 

This whole thread is a pretty good illustration of why most of us don't much care for Floyd's **** talking. 'He's a better fighter!'... oh yeah? then why didn't he get in the ****ing ring and prove it?

Everything after LW in Floyd's career is based on what he WOULD have done if only he had deigned to lower himself enough to actually get in the ring and do it. Floyd's not interested in fights, he's interested in putting on exhibitions and collecting paychecks. You want to go on and on about how much money another man is making, as if it has anythign to do with you, you go right ahead. Just don't tell us how he would have crushed this guy, stomped that guy because he had plenty of opportunities to get in the ring and actually DO it, and he declined. So we're not interested in the conjectures.

Pacquiao fought the fights. He got knocked out? That's the risk you take when you fight dangerous opponents fight after fight. If you think that in some way tarnishes his accomplishments, then YDKSAB.

Manny Pac deserves to be ranked higher IMO because he has fought at a higher level than floyd.
