I think AJ will beat Usyk in the rematch. He is training very seriously with the best people in the business.

Training Joshua to fight Usyk is like training a homeless man to fight a demi god

Mayweather can try all he likes but Joshua has no chance in the rematch. You can't improve his chin, you can't teach him heart, you can't teach him how to make that half liter gas tank last against Usyks pressure and most of all you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Mayweather can teach him how to bribe judges though. That's what im worried about

Would be hilarious if AJ starts doing shoulder rolls and then Usyk knocks him out

He's too old to improve significantly, particularly in just 6 months.

He will go in with a new strat, start getting beaten early doors, and revert to type (big stiff dosser).

We've already been through this with Wilder, he had 2 years to improve v Fury, he looked better with a long body-jab for the opening 3ish rounds, got tired/frustrated and reverted to type.

All this is redundant however because AJ's biggest problem is his mental state; no faith in his own chin, struggles with confidence, particularly in the pocket and throwing big combos (previously his biggest strength), and now he has to cope with the fact that if he loses this fight his career as a champion is over.

Eddie Hearn may even stop taking his calls and the rest of his career will be spent as a Chisora-tier gatekeeper, before he retires with 10+ losses at age 40.

The funniest thing about this, is AJ is delusional enough to think it'll make a difference.

Stylistically, H2H Usyk would dismantle Floyd Mayweather.

I kind of agree. I think Joshua just needs to do better than the first. I've said in many threads that he probably only needs to win another couple of rounds more than the first fight to get a dodgy decision. That would mean Usyk will more than likely need a KO to prevent himself from getting shafted. Like the first fight I favor Usyk to win just not confident the judges give it.

Makes sense being trained by the best in the business one of the grand masters of Michigan. I like it.

I have to agree the delusion from AJ has been disapointing like Wilder he's surrounded by yes men which is not helpfull when gaping holes are not being rectified. I fancy Usyk like I did the first fight but feel he may get robbed if it goes to the judges.

Joshua could be trained by the ghost of Ali and he would still lose the rematch to Usyk because he has a very limited skill set which is too late to develop. He's already a finished product. And more important...he lacks heart and will. It's funny though that the AJ fangirls are still believing a new coach could make a difference for the rematch. :risas3::risas3::risas3::risas3:

Usyk will beat the crap out of Joshua and might even stop him this time around.

Mayweather is the last person Joshua needs helping him at the moment.

He needs to forget about trying to out box Usyk.
His only hope is to try and rough Usyk up and KO him before he gasses.

Even if Joshua takes the latter approach I fancy Usyk to weather the storm and KO a gassed out Joshua from middle rounds onwards.

I can't see Joshua winning either way but he has zero chance if he tries to out box again. Mayweather was good but he's not that good lol

Only on here can a fighter trying to find ways to improve be criticised for it.

At least AJ isn't telling the world he lost to usyuk because of x reason and making a list of excuses as to why he lost.

Will he win the rematch? Maybe not but he can win and instead of looking at like it's some kind of desperation it seems to me his got his head in the game and wants to give himself the best possible chance to win the fight.
