Re-watching the fight would be so much enjoyable if Roy Jones Jr. wasn't in the commentary team ....
He is just terrible as commentator. At one point he started talking nonsenses how AJ was the fresher, Usyk shots has no steam on them and all kind of b.c.
Even in the 9-12 where Usyk clearly took control, he was talking nonsenses and explaining how AJ was the one who is searching the KO ....

He was heavy biased towards AJ at one point, and after the fight ends he start explaining how he knows that Usyk would win and talking more nonsenses.

I got both full matches DAZN version and the UK one(i think it's from SKY or so), and the UK commentators was actually way better.
And everyone in the studio say Usyk won by a country mile 9-3, just as i have it.

 

Sanchez did not lay out Ajagba he won on points.

You are a bloody fool at times. You think the undefeated unbeaten 5 division distinguished world champion who has beaten 24 world champions with a 50-0 career does not know how to prepare or give AJ pointers as opposed to Robert McCracken who made the likes of Froch and Eastman technically worse.

Mayweather would be very helpful to an elusive counterpuncher looking to use mobility and timing to potshot and evade or hold. But AJ is unlikely to ever be that fighter. Tactics to beat Usyk include - Walking him down, working the body, manhandling him, taking him out of comfort zone. Mayweather don't fight like this. He never has and he sucks at pressuring opponents. Mayweather can only teach Joshua to make it a chess match and that wont work even if Joshua had 2 year to train, let alone 3 months. Joshua cannot outbox Usyk. The experience gap is too vast. Usyk had like 400 amateur fights. Joshua has what ? 60 under his belt ?
