where is the clip from this pic? to me it looks like SSM is lunging in and PBF is on his backfoot getting ready to throw a punch but SSM had closed the distance quickly . . . are you saying PBF was swinging his elbow at SSM? it clearly is not a swing because the connection happens almost behind PBF shoulder. the TS is talking like PBF is throwing MMA type elbows. Besides this is boxing in almost any fight these types of contacts will happen from/to any fighter.
