Let the drama begin... all over again :nut http://abcnews.go.com/Sports/floyd-...h-sore-loser-manny-pacquiao/story?id=30887251 "Did I text Stephen A. Smith and say I will fight him again? Yeah, but I change my mind. At this particular time, no, because he's a sore loser and he's a coward," Mayweather told Showtime's Jim Gray in an interview taped this week that will air Saturday night (Showtime, 9 p.m. ET) during the network's replay of last Saturday night's pay-per-view mega fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. "If you lost, accept the loss and say, 'Mayweather, you were the better fighter,'" Mayweather continued.
Really no reason for one ..They should both have farewell fights and then retire..But Manny is far from a coward ..
From the press release on yahoo, it said that Floyd said that in a taped interview on Tuesday night which is yet to air. So he apparantly said that 2 days ago. The whole thing is embarrassing for boxing. From the injury, to the spying, to Floyd's flip flopping. If you made so much money on this fight, you would think the least Floyd could do as a way of thanking the fans is to be open to a rematch. The crazy thing is that Manny was as respectful to Floyd as one could possibly be. he said "Thank You" in the weigh-in, they embraced and hugged in the post-fight. I don't know how he can honestly say Manny is a sore loser or a coward. The guy fought injured. He's obviously a far from a coward.
ROFL Manny respectful? atsch Perhaps you should learn what that means. Look at him after the fight. He still hasn't said 1 good thing about Floyd. Not 1.
That was sarcasm FAIL! You packroaches were all over that. Some idiot made a post on #thankyou saying Pac was inside Floyd's head. Manny is a coward. He can't even acknowledge Floyd beat him. Why hide behind an excuse? He wasn't in pain. Clear as day. Floyd fought with an injury and had surgery against Castillo. He still won. This fight wasn't close.
Do you even follow sport. Tell me one other time when someone has pushed an agenda so hard post-fight, in terms of an injury excuse/reason? That is the only focus. Pacquaio has barely said a good word about Mayweather since. He's sore and bitter but I think Arum is to blame for a lot of this. There is a disconnect between how Pacquaio acted with Max in the post-fight interview and how he acted in the presser. The closest I've seen to this is Nadal shamelessly feeding the press and media about injury problems that always coincide with a loss, knowing that they'll run with it, call him a warrior and take credit away from the player who beat him. But this is on a whole other level. Pacquaio CANNOT ACCEPT that he lost the fight. He and his team have propagated this injury excuse and have shoved it down our throats to a ridiculous degree, as though to say: This content is protected
He also didn't say anything bad about him either. You can't deny that Pacquiao was very respectful to Floyd throughout the entire buildup. Likewise, Floyd was very respectful to Pacquiao. Did you watch the post-fight press conference? Floyd went over and shook Freddie, Manny and Bob's hand and Bob said "lets welcome the Champ" (referring to Floyd). How is that disrespectful in any way?
He shouldn't fight Pacquiao again. He already beat him plus this whole shoulder thing looks like it could really blow up in the courts. He should stay far away from Pacquiao. Though I wonder how far money can be dragged in since he knew everything going on in the camp and must have known about the injury.
