Let's just discuss the victories each men have amassed since getting their ****s boxed in by Mr.Floyd Joy Sinclair. 10-2 vs Pacquiao, 11-1 or 12-0 vs Canelo Alvarez

Manny Pac - Keith Thurman, Broner, Matthysse, Vargas, Bradley (After the win)
    Bradley, Algieri Rios (Before)

Canelo Alvarez- Jacobs, Fielding, GGG x1, GGG (Draw), Chavez, Smith, Khan, Cotto, Kirkland, Lara, Angulo
Just before - Lopez, Trout, Cintrol etc etc

Just unbelievable. This Floyd Joy Sinclair.

    Not really.
Pacman already surpassed Floyd in terms of legacy and Canelo is just a dirty ped cheat.

MVC, you've seemed awfully insecure the past 15 or so hours.

I’m not a Mayweather fan, but doesn’t matter what this 2 is doing, Mayweather schooled both

MVC is right about one thing and wrong about another by omission.

    1. Mayweather's resume does improve with each big Pacquiao win, even more than Canelo because Canelo still was somewhat green at the time.

    2. Pacquiao's win boosts his resume significantly more *relative* to Mayweather. This is the part that MVC won't admit. If Floyd gains a couple resume points based on last night, Pac gains 10. This means that he either has closed the gap on Mayweather in terms of legacy or increased his advantage, depending on your perspective. (I don't have a strong opinion, either way.)

Lesion of Doom is right, what's actually happening is they're surpassing Mayweather by their overall body of work.

Canelo was green, greedy and full of it. He'd spank Floyd now.

He fought the wrong fight vs Floyd

Canelo is improving while Manny is declining though, Canelo would have destroyed Thurman at 154 easily.

Alvarez fought Jacobs and GGG at 160, both fighters would have beaten Floyd at 160, specifically Jacobs because he`s even big for 160, Floyd is far smaller than these guys, it`s not just that Canelo has improved it`s the fact that he can compete with elite 160 fighters because he`s naturally bigger than Floyd, who started at super feather, GGG would have destroyed Floyd easily, how far up do you really think Floyd could have gone?

Was Floyd fighting one of the best welterweights at 40 years old? I know who did and looked good doing it! That only adds to Pac's legacy not fighting some UFC dude in a boxing match or fighting a teen age boy in Japan.
