Oscar and Ortiz wont put it up, but it is smart of mayweather to keep pressuring them to do so.

Good for Joy Jr., the lying that Oscar was doing on 24/7 to make Ortiz believe he should be the favorite was sickening. U could see it all over his face. He lies to build pretty much every fight.

Yes, you can bet on yourself to win. You can't however bet on yourself to lose. Just think about it for a minute.

If they are actually serious about placing money on these fights then they should do it behind closed doors or some kinda organisation is bound to intervene. I think its all just front

So Floyd is offering Ortiz even money on his $2.5 million, when you can get 6/1 at most bookmakers. Yes Ortiz making this bet makes sense :patsch.

:patschYou can't bet what you don't have.

Interesting idea with the bet. If I were him I'd keep bringing it up because eventually the press will ask Oscar and Victor whether they accept and it be interesting to see how they answer.

Well after they made the bet, the sanctioning body said it wasnt allowed to make a bet like that and said it didnt go trough. Which made groves' team happy caused they thought the chance of george losing was bigger than degale's, but after groves won we never heard anything about him still paying groves.
In my opinion if youre a man you always honor a bet, and degale shouldhave done that, if he had gotten the decision that night he would be ripping groves constantly if he didnt pay him.
