    Over at the Scene....

Like I have been saying, Ortiz is a good tune-up fight for either a future fight with Pac or Martinez...

If Mayweather gets his payday, and then packs his bags for another vacation, I don't know how anyone on here could take him serious. I personally don't think he'll fight Ortiz and then go on another vacation... I feel that this is in fact a tune up fight for him, and that he wants that 75 Million + Payday that a Pac fight would bring him.

I highly doubt Pac or Mayweather will ever fight Martinez.

Don't do it... Ortiz couldn't stop Peterson or Berto, what makes you think he could ever stop Mayweather? He definitely would never win a decision against Floyd.

This is a glorified tune-up. Ortiz doesn't have the skillset to give him problems let alone beat him.

    Quite the opposite actually.

Most publications are applauding him for taking on Ortiz after a 1.5 yr layoff and some are even critical of Pac for not taking on similar challenges.

Even Roach said it's a good fight and Ortiz has a chance.

    Try again, OnePunchKO. :yep

The odds makers know what kind of opponent Ortiz is. It's a trap. Save your money.

Seriously, Ortiz against Pac? He'd quit even before the negotiations started!

Pac beats the **** out of Morales, Maidana and Ortiz fighting together. :patsch

This fight does under 1 mill on PPV.....But I suspect it does right around what PAC vs Josh did. The odds can hurt or help PPV numbers and those odds indicate a mis match.

ortiz way to win is to ko/tko floyd. footwork and defense are his weakness.

Nice to see Pac winning fantasy fights as usual while Mayweather is the one actually doing it.

Best available WW in my opinion... Can't complain about the odds though.
