Pac's people have come out SINCE then and stated they only agreed to a 7 day cutoff... Sorry buddy. :nono

Floyd said all of that AFTER Pac's team obviously said they would only agree to 7 days out. Why would they agree to 7 days out AFTER Mayweather said he was going on vacation, lost urge, etc.? Doesn't make sense because it was BEFORE he did that. :bart

Team Pac has yet to contact Team Mayweather stating they'll agree to random blood testing up to the day of the fight... Why the hell would Floyd reach out to Pac? His blood testing demands haven't been met, if Team Pac agrees it's on them to tell Floyd yes they do. Not some random internet clip, that's been shot down by Pac's own advisor.

He's actually 2-0-1 in his last 3 fights. And he really beat peterson so he should be 3-0!

What 13 fights are you talking about man? How stupid are you?

    http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=257314&cat=boxer

    here's his record.

Fights at 142-143 are not Welterweight fool, and those opponents were not welterweights. Cotto, Mosley, Clottey and Marg all would destroy Ortiz at 147..

Other welters out there may be able to best Victor, but styles make fights etc. etc... Vic is coming off a big win, southpaw, and if Floyd fought anyone Pac did recently he'd be bashed daily. Floyd took the best option available to him. :thumbsup

last 3 meaningful fights I meant... He looked like Garbage against Peterson. He probably deserved the win due to the knockdowns, but man... Ortiz is being so overrated by you *****s, no real surprise.

If you call someone ignorant, at least do so with proper english. YOUR grammar makes you look very ignorant.

I am a big Ortiz fan, just look at my posting history. I had his picture as an avatar a while back as well....

Just because I like Ortiz, and enjoy his style, doesn't mean I am going to close my eyes to the fact that he is in WAY over his head for this fight with PBF.

Like someone said before, how can anyone who struggled against Lamont Peterson ever hope to beat Floyd Mayweather?

To be fair, Pac is way too small for Martinez at this point, though Floyd isn't. And for anyone asking why I say Pac's too small but Floyd isn't, think of it this way. JMM fought Pac in 2 very close fights. Does that make him big enough for Margarito?

PAC's PEOPLE?? Not PAC himself. PAC himself said he agreed to ALL the demands.

If that's what you base your conclusion on then we are in agreement that Ross Greenberg DID have negotiations with Floyd and it was Floyd who backed out. Even though Floyd can't recall the negotiations, right? His promoter and advisor all came out and said that the fight was going to happen only to have Floyd kill it.

The reason why Floyd would reach out to PAC is b/c he's the one who everyone is waiting on. PAC has done reached out and bent over backwards in attempting to get Floyd to agree to a fight, but with all of the excuses Floyd has made there's NO sign that he's had a change of heart.

So when FLOYD is ready...he needs to let PAC know. All the guessing is some bullsh*t.

I agree with that...Floyd made a good decision on coming back and a great decision on facing Vic. I can honestly say that in this situation I'm with Floyd over Manny b/c I don't agree with the JMM fight. I see it as a charity event where the "charity" is Juan but he ends up brutally bashed up for the retirement check.

PAC deserves some easy touches every now and then so next fight will definitly have to be a step up since shane was a cake walk and JMM will be as well.

This is similar to Floyd facing JMM and then Shane although Shane was coming off a big win over Marg....the man was definilty on the slide by that time and the Mayorga fight proved that.

There is no better way to sum it up. He couldn't beat Peterson, who is a few levels below Bradley, who is a level below Floyd. Ortiz is simply not that good.

It's sad that Berto wasn't was good as Peterson, but just had more name recognition and a belt.

Yes, fights at 142-143 are considered welterweight since they are above the JWW limit.

You also said that Ortiz was 1-1-1 in his last three fights, so how stupid are you?

Stick 250 on him to win 2k. I wouldn't bet 2k on Ortiz. Mayweather can counterpunch him and in a boxing match PBF should win easily. Good fight though. Definitely better than Mosely-Pac, which was a garbage matchup and fight.
