I have seen a lot of people laughing or trying to make fun of Floyd's mitts work. But I am convinced this is the most important part of his training. Here is when he creates that muscle memory. He doesn't need to think about punching back after ducking or blocking. It has become a reflex, muscle memory. This is the reason he is so fast. Not only he has fast hands but he doesn't have to think about it like I have seen other boxers
