Self-preservation....of your well-being....financial. Hence why he continues to fight (to secure his and his family's future) and hence why he said he is unwilling to share any of the PPV revenue with Arum.
Yeah he is a smart fighter and that's great. He says he comes first but it's not like the fans comes last. I (my opinion) always thinks hes fights are entertaining mainly beacuse he is a boxing genious. I hope he fights paquiao but if the fight don't happen it don't. We all know who is the better fighter of them two anyways.
fukin *******s always interprete **** wrong. Funny how the ***gots don't mention the part where he says he is not scared of Pacquiao. Roach was recently quoted as saying "we'll just have to take less money to get the Mayweather fight." *******s always in full damage control. Their opinion got exposed as weak when JMM beat that ass.
How is that?...throughout his career he has faught everyone worthwile except for Pacquiao...so how does he "pick FIGHTS (plural) that are less riskier to his health?"
Floyd was just saying in general, that he won't end up Ali. He certainly wasn't implying that Pac is a danger to his health. Hell, we just saw Pac get exposed by Mosley and Marquez. Pacquaio doesn't pose any risk whatsoever to Floyd's health, therefore its ridiculous to try to imply that Floyd was saying such.
Everyone worthwhile? :huh No: Casamayor Johnston Freties Tszyu Williams Pacquiao Margarito Floyd has missed more of his peer then anyone I can think of. He wasted time w/ guys like Sosa, Bruselles, Gatti, Mitchell, and JMM. The Cotto fight is one that should have been done at 147 5 years ago. It's just a paycheck today. Same w/ Hatton at 147 and more or less, Mosley. He's been fighitng as a businessman since entering 140 and above, and less as a prize fighter. People like to rag on DLH, but he went out and fought virtually everyone.
