There's no upside pay which isn't a big deal becuase he's guaranteed $32 million. Floyd only gets PPV money if the buys exceed a certain threshold which is somewhere over a million buys. Floyd could sell 5 PPVs in his next fight and still make $32million. So Floyd isn't failing......it's SHO that is failing based on over paying and over estimating the drawing power of Mayweather when they moved to steal Floyd away from HBO.
