thier talking yankee stadium in new york or MGM grand in vegas and theres some other venues they mentioned
Arum ruled New York out of the question due to tax reaasons. Now that doesn't mean that the city and state couldn't come to its senses and give them a tax break but I woulnd't count on it. The big one that I'm hoping for is the new cowboys stadium. That has been talked about a lot and it holds over 100,000 with a football field. Thats an extra 60,000sqft of floor space for extra seating.
Yankee Stadium is already out. Just between Vegas and Dallas but given the timeframe...filling up that stadium...it'll be in Vegas.
The only other potential venues I've read about besides the MGM Grand in Las Vegas are the Dallas Cowboys Stadium & the New Orleans Superdome. Steve Wynn has also offered to make a 30k seat, temporary outdoor stadium across from the Wynn.
I'm hoping they do it in a massive venue like the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, but it'll most likely just wind up in Vegas.
