Actually, Divac, you have a selective memory when it comes to JMM. During the interview of JMM after beating Juan Diaz, he was asked about a rematch with Pacquiao. Instead of answering directly the question, he issued a call to fight Floyd Mayweather who he said is the real pound for pound in the world. If you don't call that disrespecting, I don't know what it is.
I stumbled upon this report about Pac's decision to give Marquez another chance to prove himself in rematch after his victory against Juan Diaz. I am just wondering why JMM or any member of his management staff did not take this offer. Does Marquez really want to fight Pacquiao again? I'm beginning to have my doubts after those spectacular victories of Pac against DLH and Hatton. "After winning over David Diaz, Pacquiao engaged the legendary Oscar de la Hoya and stunned the world boxing fans when he pummeled de la Hoya to submission in the eight round of their Dream Match that took place in Las Vegas, Nevada last December 6, 2009. In his latest statement, Pacquiao said that he may just give Marquez on last chance to settle the controversy once and for all. The statement came after learning that Marquez won convincingly over Juan Diaz in their recent encounter in Houston, Texas and after Marquez called on Pacquiao again for a third match."

You mean JMM changed his views about the PAC fights? Coz it's in Ring Mag cover where JMM stated the following: "I won't think I'm the best until I beat Pacquiao" It's clear that JMM agreed to bend over and get ****ed up by Hoya and Floyd Jr. again this time to join in bashing Pacquiao... ..... Fine . . . they can even bring their fathers and grand fathers or even their wives with them but still Pac rules. :good
What is it that JMM said that was'nt true???? Marquez words were, "Pac does not want to fight me, so I want to fight the true P4P best, and that is Mayweather." Even back when Marquez was a featherweight, I had heard him in spanish interviews state what a great fighter Mayweather was. I have no doubt that Marquez believes Mayweather is the best, and myself throughout the last 4 years have rated Mayweather the best p4p fighter in the world. So you think that Marquez is disrespecting Pac because he thinks Mayweather is better???
Quotes are always taken out of context.....I go by what I hear from the man himself.....and that is his mentality that he twice beat Pacquiao......and him calling out Mayweather by stating, "I want to fight the best p4p fighter and that is Mayweather." That is'nt a quote from a print article, its words on video from the man himself!:deal
So you mean Ring Magazine is publishing bullshits and even worst, on it's cover? Why JMM didn't retract/deny such quote? He can have his claim (according to you) printed on Ring Magazine cover and let's see if JMM will not be ridiculed... JMM: "I'm the 2nd best behind PBF coz I beat Pacquiao twice already" :rofl ..... One has nothing to do with the other......DLH has a history of saying such crap......."I'm in the greatest shape of my life." After everyone of his changes in trainers he's said, "_______is teaching me new things and taking me to a level I've never thought possible."......after each of and every one of those quotes, he goes and lays an egg in the late rounds. One must take into account who's saying what, and their history of telling truths and lies.
DLH cannot handle being well and truly beaten by a small humble asian man. He just can't handle it. He's a macho big man and this is affecting his ego in a big way.
'I won't think I'm the best until I beat Pacquiao' I think JMM has summed it up himself there perfectly.
