How come you saw that while all the judges saw it very close? What's your commulative score? I just want to compare how you scored it as compared to the judges' scoring because I find it odd that you saw it as a a lopsided fight for Marquez when others saw it a very close and even closer than the 1st fight.

Divac, I've got some quotes from Roach for you...

Regarding Pac fighting Marquez at 140 for the lineal LWW championship:

"Why not. Thats definately a fight that people wanna see and Manny likes to fight fights that people wanna see. So thats definately a possibility. I'm sure Marquez will come up to 140 to fight Pacquiao cause he looked really good at 135 and I'm sure at 140 he'll be a little bit stronger and just as good.

He's just a very intelligent fighter. That's why he gives us so much trouble. He's really really a smart guy."

Regarding the outcome of a potential 3rd fight

"Well I'd like to say we'd knock him out but it probably wouldn't be a fair statement. I would love the challenge, I think Manny's alot bigger and stronger now than Marquez. There's no doubt in my mind we can win that fight. But I know its gonna be a very close fight because if they fight 20 times its gonna be just like the first 2. Styles make fights."

Regarding Manny beating Oscar with Nacho Beristain in his corner

"Nacho's a great trainer. The thing is he couldn't make Oscar into Marquez of course and thats what alot of people thought was gonna happen. Oscar is Oscar at this point of his career. You can't blame Nacho for anything, I'm sure he did the best he could with what he had. He still has Marquez out there and thats possibly and opponent if Floyd and Hatton don't happen I'm sure people will want to see the third Marquez fight."

Unfortunately, I know this post will fall on deaf ears

    cry me a river bitches.

    stop whining.

it was a close fight, not a robbery, i personally thought that jmm would win via SD.

i thought it was impossible for him to win via UD given the KD and the chicken dance/I am lost where is my corner act he pulled off in the 10th.

    deal with it bitches.

What I don't get on this board is all the name calling. I see people with 1000'S of post and resort to name calling. Post something with substance. I have to read through all the nuthugging , ballhanging to get to a meaningful response. How can you be a boxing fan and not be a fan of JMM or Paq. They didn't score the fight, so why hate on them? Both guys fight the best and put on a great show everytime. How can you go wrong when either one fights? Enjoy these two fighters while they are here because it might be a while before another comes along and test themselves against the best over and over again.

So I guess any round where JMM is not KDed, disoriented as to what corner to got to, pummeled is for JMM.

Most writers had it so close for either JMM or Pac but yours is another dominating performance from your GOD.

I do not know who is delusional - JMM fans or Pac fans?

You must not know how to score a fight and are nieve enough to think that judges render honest scores!:patsch

For your information a 9-3 score =117-111.......subtracting a point for the knockdown makes it 116-111.

At ringside from the press, there were loads of journalist who had it 8-4 for JMM.....8-4=a 116-112 score, subtracting the point for the knockdown brings it to 115-112 which from many accounts was the prevailing score around press row in favor of JMM.

It has'nt Roach said this before they even signed to fight Hatton......the only thing that Roach is saying here is that Marquez will be kept open as an option if all other avenues for other matchups fall through.....which equates to their mentality that a JMM fight is not high on their priority list, which quite frankly I cant blame them.

Nice to hear that on that particular time, Roach gave JMM some props......as he seldom has done when given the opportunity to expand on his opinion of JMM.

Which goes to show that you have no memory of the fight.
Marquez was slightly stunned by a Pac shot in the early to mid part of round 10.....but it was'nt in that round that he started following Pac to the wrong corner.......

.....you're confusing that round with the 3rd, coming off the knockdown.

and that is of consequence, you jmm diva?

pac sent jmm again to get reacquainted to the canvas with his panties showing in the 3rd.

he did a chicken dance and hung on for dear life. I am not like you who is bent on watching the fight over and over again to convince one self that jmm was robbed of a victory.

he hung on to the ropes which is undisputed which should have been counted as a KD.

so unofficially, pac has sent JMM to the canvas 5x and you want us to believe the JMM is miles superior to pac? your boy is a counterpuncher averse with risk taking with pac always taking the fight to him. in close fights, aggressors will always be awarded, don't you agree.

as in other contact sports and in boxing, aggressors are favored over those who wait and see.

Talking about memory lapses. PacDaBest was already banned during that time and he could not possibly post his opinion on the fight. I cannot find PacDaBest in this poll which reflected close results.

No one among the posters who voted for Marquez called it 9-3 for Marquez. This truly shows how insanely biased you are.

I think you're the one confused, JMM Diva.

Here's the ESB thread posted on that disoriented incident:

Hey, Divac, what can you about the report that Floyd would pay JMM to step aside if Pac wants to fight him. Isn't that a big disrespect to your idol? Is that treatment reserved for the Numero Uno? Just asking.
