If Floyd has anything left and shows up in shape he knocks out anyone his size in the UFC at either 145 or 155. I like some UFC fighters and from time to time they have good fights, but nobody at featherweight or lightweight in the UFC would get past Floyd's handspeed and timing.

I don't need to see Floyd fight in the UFC to know that he'd clown any opponent the UFC could match him with.

You are mental. He gets taken down and mounted, strangled, arm barred, crucifixed, rnc'd, heel hooked, he gets slapped stupid on the ground with anything they want to lay on him. Even his Dad thinks this !

If he fought Pacman then yes.

If he fought an actual reputable guy? No

If he fought someone with limited training? Maybe.

Floyd even at 40+ has faster feet and hands than anyone in the UFC. He also is extremely accurate, which is rare in MMA.

The Best the UFC has to offer at 145

I like Max Holloway and Aldo, but they would be eating counters if they went for the takedown on Floyd.

Two of the Best The UFC has to offer at 155

Floyd would beat Alvarez worse than Conor did, but would make it look easier. If Floyd and Conor had a rematch in the Octagon Floyd would school him again and knock him out.

    Another top Fighter at 155

Khabib is one of my favorite fighters in the UFC and a Sambo master, but even he would be eating counters if he tried getting the takedown on Floyd.
Barboza had no accuracy or stamina, but the few times he landed cleanly he stopped Khabib in his tracks. Imagine Floyd timing Khabib and using his lateral movement. Floyd even at 40+ is also better conditioned than anyone in the UFC and can fire off accurate counters all fight without gassing out.

There is no conceivable way that Floyd could defend a take-down against a novice, let alone top ten fighter in the ufc. Those monsters would annihilate Mayweather in short order. Khabib could literally carry Floyd on his shoulders for 14 min then bash him into oblivion in the remaining 60 secs.

:facepalm:You must be trolling there is little chance he fights in the UFC and even less chance he would be knocking anyone out other then a lucky punch. Before his last fight Floyds only stoppage win in the last 10 years was the sucker punch KO on Ortiz. You really think Floyd is going to punch harder then the kicks knees elbows etc. MMA fighters take on a regular basis?:risas3:

Obviously Floyd is never going to fight in the UFC. Also, boxers have way better chins and defense than UFC fighters. UFC fighters usually are very sloppy strikers, but when punches and kicks land cleanly most UFC fighters go to sleep.

Floyd didn't have any stoppages over the last 10 years because he was consistently facing elite competition and everyone brings their A game against Floyd. An Elite pro fighter isn't going to let Floyd hit them clean over and over again. However, UFC fighters on the other hand don't have the skills to do much about it. Also, Floyd punches way harder than UFC fighters at 145-155.

Since Floyd is only a boxer the mere suggestion that would have his way with an accomplished MMA fighter is ludicrous. He is totally vulnerable to takedowns, leg kicks ,chokes ..the list goes on and on.

I like Khabib, but Barboza is a complete scrub compared to Floyd.
Barboza let Khabib close the distance without throwing any strikes and was intimidated by Khabib. Khabib would get knocked out charging at an elite boxer the way he does against MMA fighters.

Khabib's sambo is top notch, but his striking is pretty bad. I could easily see him losing to Ferguson or McGregor if he doesn't get them in the clinch. Floyd would check hook Khabib and knock him out.

Barboza would mutilate then amputate Floyds legs. He is a ten tiers above Floyd. And if you thought Barboza was intimidated just imagine how a completely over-matched fighter would feel. His check hook would be useless and not powerful enough to deter real fighters. As soon as he missed his hook it'd lights out for dingus.

I doubt Floyd could endure even one leg kick from Barboza.

Ummm. I have no idea where you can possibly get this idea from.

We just saw Floyd drop probably 4 rounds to McGregor IN A BOXING MATCH and if that's what a UFC fighter can do against Floyd IN A BOXING MATCH then it's 100% certain that yes, they CAN get past his "timing and handspeed".

The idea that Floyd can compete in the octagon is laughable and even more so now that he's as old as last year's moose droppings. :risas3:

If McGregor had been allowed to so much as kick him in their fight Floyd would have been dogmeat. If you factor in grappling, which is a whole other world, it's simply lights out for Floyd in whatever way the MMA guy wants.

    Simple case in point.

The moments when Floyd was so flummoxed by Conor's footwork that he actually had his back to him. In boxing the ref separated them. In MMA he either gets punched from behind, throttled or tastes the suplex.

There's no way in helllllll that PBF beats a top guy in MMA. :nonono

Pac v Mayweather in the Octagon ? Whats the likelihood of that happening lol???? They would just punch each other, don't you think ???? I'd find it the strangest spectacle in combat history
