Floyd wasn't caught using an IV. He did it in front of the USADA. And done by a registered paramedic. If he was trying to mask something he would have done it in private not in front of an official from USADA. Its not like he didn't know they were coming.

I guess its up to you who to believe since both of us were not there. But from the USADA, the official story is that the official was already there when the IV was administered. As far your assertion about Mayweathers health have you ever seen somebody dehydrated before? I have. My son was dehydrated and had to get an IV. It came out of nowhere. And yes a licensed paramedic can administer an IV. The USADA and the boxing commission are two separate entities.
