Having no say in who you fight next is a major factor.

when pedjr cannot duck his opponents = losses.

now all he does is robbing fans with his blatant ducking.

But for some reason he won't take any risks.

A slow nobody like Adama was landing CLEAN right hands.

GG left it all in the amateurs.:deal

Man I am old school and what I am telling you is that historically the Ams meant ****. Yes you had your golden boys and your blue chippers coming out of them but after that nobody gave a **** what they did in the ams.

I am glad that AIBA is trying to grow (and IMPROVE) the ams . . . the system that was in place for the last couple of decades has been utter ****. I am glad that you enjoy and follow the ams but for me and I would wager 90% of fans could give a damn.

just because all you know is the amateur game and nothing else doesn't mean that it is relevant to the majority of boxing fans and that it even should. AMs have been and will always be considered nothing more filter for the pro game with a few coming out looking like potential stars BUT they will never reach that potential until the get put through the pro ranks and really get tested when it counts (when they have to support themselves)

lots of people here didn't even know they removed the headgear in amateur boxing and changed to a 10 point must system, most people here seem to only talk about a handful of fighters and if you change the subject to something else there out of there depth. Id prefer to have 10% of people agree with me, who follow, enjoy and have a good understanding of boxing at every level rather than the 90% who are only interested in a few top fighters

Mayweather lost 3 online Fight Night matches in one year a few years back. They were all legit losses. That's what happens when you can't cherry pick.

He would have at least that many loses in the pros if he was forced to take on all commers and that is a proven FACT!
