i meant to type that 1% of college players make it into the pros making the NFL far superior (like Pro Boxing). I would argue that the CFL, if you understand the GAME is as good as the NFL. But if you do not understand the game you would think it was an inferior product.

fu(k the ams code . . . it is insignificant in the bigger picture. Are you saying that of the 90% of the people who do not give a damn about the ams (or passing interest at best) that they do not have the knowledge of the game that you do . . . :D

So is your whole problem with amateur boxing is that you don't understand it?

No im saying that people who have knowledge of the pro game and the amateur game have better knowledge of boxing than people who only follow the pro game 1+1=2. Im not arrogant enough to declare on a website that I know more about boxing than anyone else, its childish. If you followed the amateur game and what it is trying to do recently you would realise that theres a good chance it will be far from insignificant in the future as the WSB continues to grow and they start APB boxing

Geez, Michael Jordan did make the basketball team his freshman year. In fact he made it every year he was in High School. During, Jordan's sophmore year he was not allowed to play up,(Varsity). He did play Junior Varsity, where he balled out. So much infact that the junior varsity games became more popular than the varsity games.:good

It really doesn't matter, I actually don't care about anyone's amateur record because there are a ton of fighters with great amateur records who didn't do **** on the pro level, plus how many people have gone undefeated in the amateurs in the first place? Speaking on Pac, you cant say much about Floyd if you're a Manny fan since Manny got KO'd in the pros by dudes like Torrecampo and Singsurat. I'd rather lose amateur fights than get KO'd several times in the pros. Floyd doesn't have pro-losses as bad as losing to Torrecampo or Singsurat and even if you swear that Floyd lost to Jose Luis Castillo, losing to Luis Castillo is better than getting KO'd by Torrecampo and Singsurat in the pros.
