Mayweather actually acquitted himself pretty well against Ray.

Man, this video was hilarious. Even the stutter from Sr. when Ray started tossing out the questions. Good stuff! Ray beats Floyd today, tomorrow and always.

No he didn't. No better than any other decent Leonard opponent did, anyway. Leonard felt him out for a couple of rounds, as was custom for him. During that short duration of time, Mayweather Sr. looked to be in the fight. When Leonard stepped into gear it became as one-sided a thrashing as you're likely to see.

 

Well he did to me. He was approaching journeyman status, couldn't punch for **** and had a dodgy leg. Did well to last so long against a killer like Leonard. Watch the first 5 rounds of that fight and let me know what you think.

He did well to last as long as he did, I'll give him that, but he took an ass-whooping. His defense and solid technique are what kept him standing. They didn't keep him competitive, however.
