    Not only that but he has moved up 4 weight classes throughout his career fighting WBC title holders at every stop from 135 to 154.

    Mosley and DLH were also better fighters then Margarito and he was looking to fight both of them in 2006.

    There is also a big contradiction from PBF critics for the fact that matchup wise Margo is a similar fighter to both Gatti and Baldomir slower guys with punching power. Baldomir defeated both Gatti and Judah at that time. Margo defeated Joshua Clottey and Manuel Gomez. Baldomir defeated the better compeition throught that yr, held a more prestigous belt, was on a 19 fight winning streak, and was ranked higher then Margo. I have never heard a valid reason to why Margo would beat Mayweather let alone provide PBF any type of risk that Gatti or Baldomir couldn't provide. He isn't faster then them, doesn't have better defense then them. Doesn't have more punching power then them.

    While Judah based on matchup was a beter matchup for PBF then Margarito ever would be. Judah had the hand speed, power, relfexes and quickness to give PBF more of a competitive fight then Margo ever would have.

    Slow guys with punching power are not risk for Mayweather. Another reason which made the JMM vs PBF interesting is the fact that Marquez provided an element that Mayweather really hasn't faced in his career vs top notch fighters which is a guy with excellent technical fighting ability to match PBF.

    But, I really would like to hear one valid reason to why Margo was such a risk for PBF.

    Beating up on guys who walk round half a stone lighter than him proves he's a *****.
    He gotta step up to the plate if he wants to be GREAT!

    :verysad Outside of Marquez...Which other smaller fighters did he face? Can you please enlighten me on what you're trying to get at...I think its quite obvious he's waiting on the Pacman\Cotto Winner so why are you constanly saying he's fighting smaller men?

    why doesnt he fight Mosley? seriously the excuse that Mosley turned down two fights is a pathetic excuse, Mosley is the top welter weight right now, the best, so why not fight him?
