He's had a VERY VERY carefully crafted career this cannot be denied and has avoided fighters until he's sees their on the slide he lost to castillo as well and only wanted to fight hatton after he saw how bad hatton looked at 147.

It's not just about who you beat but when you beat them and aslo the style matchup comes in to play has he even had a fight where he hasn't got the stylistic advantage ?

I mean what would people consider his best win ? marquez because it was so impressive ? then you dig deeper and things come in to play like marquez moving up in weight whilst floyd been comfortable there and used to it for ages.

The one time he was faced with a stylistic bad matchup he wanted none of it and that was margarito am sure he would fight him now though huh.

I don't hate floyd I like watching his skill and fights but I just don't buy in to the best ever crap when the career is so carefully crafted and timed.

If he were really that great he'd have fought all comers at any time.

Honestly, Manny got fighter of the decade because Mayweather retired after KOing Hatton and spent a whole year+ outside the ring. This is his own fault though. Had he continued to fight and not had that retirement period, no question he wouldve got fighter of decade. Besides Mayweather only pac could get it.
