    I've already debunked this previously, it was never a realistic proposition or scenario. Ever

    Floyd was still a JWW when Winky had already moved up to MW to fight Tito. I want this specific line of B.S. to stop

    It's not BS Northpaw. Did Floyd set out a challenge to Winky? Yes he did.
    Did Winky accept terms. Yes he did.
    Was there a huge size difference? Yes there was.
    Did that stop floyd was making a challenge. No it did not.
    Can you debunk Floyd making a challenge to Winky? No, you can't, because regardless of size, regardless of how realistic, it happened. Floyd is to blame for this discussion being a realty.

    I t would have ben boring as hell, a spoiler dipping undderneath Winky`s waist half the fight and his punches bouncing off Winky`s high guard all night, yawn.

    Obviously Wright would've won that is why Floyd ducked him. Lets face it without cheating Floyd is hopeless and probably would've just been a club fighter in Michigan.

    Duran went from lightweight straight to welter and beat Leonard.

    Mosley also skipped junior welter in order to pursue DelaHoya at welter.

    Didn’t Floyd himself drag Marquez up two divisions from Light to welter?

    I’m sure there are other examples.

    Anyway, the idea that Floyd couldn’t have fought Winky because of weight classes is just not true. It’s an excuse. Other fighters have made the leap.
