What it says is that Floyd sure as hell doesn't think much of Oscar's boxing skills at this point in his career. If he really needs to worry about an undersized fighter from the contender beating Oscar, maybe he shouldn't be fighting him as the P4P best in the sport.

That he only cares about the money period. He shouldn't fight Oscar, on the interview on ESPN.com he should of asked to make a poll to see does people want to see him fight Hoya and see th people response on that ****. **** a poll for a trainer.

Its a joke, Floyd seriously dont think Forbes has any chance does he? ODLH was competetive with Floyd last time, Forbes couldnt even win the contender and was an average champ at best in his prime. Its probably all just publicity for Floyd and he doesnt believe a word coming mouth of his mouth.

Bigbone got it all right with his thread. these are all hype. because of this, you would hate floyd more and you will subconsciously root against him in the dela hoya rematch. eventually, you will buy the PPV after some more promotional crap leading up to the fight. this would not be the first.

It seems a dumb move. With Roger no longer training Forbes there is not alot of point in watching the fight. It was free publicity for Floyd and was turning into a trainer vs trainer fight that was getting me very interested. Now all that suspense is gone and it just took away from my interest. Floyd wants to be a businessman like DLH but he doesn't have DLH's natural business mind. Floyd could have really used that fight with Forbes as a pre-promotion of his own fight with DLH. What an idiot!:patsch

Mayweather threw his own father out of the house, now threatening his Uncle. Roger would have knocked Floyd out when he was in his prime.

It's still a trainer vs trainer and brother vs brother fight. Forbes will now be trained by Jeff Mayweather.

I thought this was a logical thing to happen one way or the other. I'd been wondering already how the hell Roger was gonna be motivated to help Forbes beat DLH, when Roger would be looking at another fat paycheck as Floyd Jr's head trainer if DLH wins and fights PBF again.
This move only makes sense for everybody involved IMO.

That's not the same drama as Roger training Forbes before the Mayweather fight. It adds a different element. The guy that Oscar beat is training Forbes.

It says Floyd is smarter than the average boxer and doesn't want his cash cow sacrificed.

    I mean, who would?
