    No. As I posted above, this is a civil case. It is about one party suing another. Not even fines involved. Civil is between the two parties. Fines are collected for law breaking. That is why this article is so laughable. If the author doesn't know the difference then they shouldn't even THINK about writing.

    There are multiple other defendants: Floyd Sr & Jeff Mayweather, Mayweather Promotions (Leonard Ellerbe) , Richard Schaefer and Oscar Dela Hoya. You have to apply some kind of percentage to the liability if Judgement is found in Pacquiao's favor. If they are found equaliable liable then just divide the judgement by 6.

    The only person who can make Floyd Mayweather fight is Floyd Mayweather. The guy can't be forced or shamed into doing anything he doesn't want.

    Who remembers that stupid count down timer arum did for floyd to get in touch LOL
