Boxing was there before him, and surely was doing great after him. AND CHARISMA... atsch Nothing surprising in that video. Footwork skills speak for his fights, no wonder nobody could catch him. He needs to double with his footwork trainings for his upcoming fight with Shane.
He has video of 40 professional fights you can look at anytime you want!!!! He has embarrassed most if not all of those guys.:smoke
Hitting the pads is an excellent way for the trainer and fighter to work on specifics.. I think the emphasis of Floyd's pad work is muscle memory, which is actually a very useful necessity in the ring. It's part of the reason why Floyd can connect with counter punches seemingly effortlessly. Jumping rope also does the body well in practicing the coordination between the fighters upper body and legs, which is also an instrumental part of his fight game.
Dude's a beast with his foot work! But yea...you're right! he'll need it with Shane and PAC.....moreso with Manny if that ever comes off.
Wow...very high praise indeed, almost to the point where I'm wondering if you are being sarcastic. Honestly, though, I don't think ANY athlete on the face of the Earth deserves to be exalted THAT much. But hey, I'm willing to bet Floyd would agree 100% with everything you said...
His footwork has been lacking a bit since the move up to welterweight. He still moves prety well, but not as good as he once did at 140 and under.
