Floyd Mayweather: Gennady Golovkin Would Lose 3X To Me

Why is there no reason for them to fight each other if floyd says he'd win ?
Id like to see it.
If a crude slugger like maidana give him hell,id give ggg more than a punchers chance.
Floyd got plenty of credit for other fighters coming up to fight him,why would there be no reason for floyd ggg,would be well worth paying for in my eyes

 

Floyd has said over and over he'd only fight a huge draw. So it's Canelo 2 or the McGregor sh2t. Triple G would net him anywhere near as much $$$. Plus Floyd did that for 17 years moved up in weight classes etc. etc.

 

I thought the same till he called out mcgreggor.tried to make it as fair as possible by offering him 7 million to fight in cross code rules,ie boxing gloves,boxing ring,boxing rules.
Completely ignoring mcgreggor is a world wide box office smash.

For the record he fought at ww for over 10 years barring 1 fight with canello,fought multiple fighters from lower divisions,and even more that generated less money or interest than ggg would,just for all the younger people who read this crap

 

And Cotto at 154. The only two people he fought from a lower division was JMM. Manny was an established WW and so were all the rest. People try to use Ricky as a smaller guy but the dude ballooned up to 180 in between fights during that period hence the nickname, Ricky Fatton. It was probably more healthy for him to just cut to 147 than 140 actually but who cares. Haters are going to hate regardless. Just wanted to give you a bit of insight since your speaking half truths.

 

I'd LOL too but it would be grossly unfair and a farce like McG boxing Floyd.

At 160 lbs i'd bet an outragus sum on GGG by TKO.

At 154 I'd be less confident but still would favor it 90-10 for GGG.

At 147 (which is the weight Floyd would demand the fight at), Floyd by KO.
