    Or just maybe he couldn't seem roll over the top guys. Barrera best win in the 90s was Mckinney. Barrera looked exactly the same in 2001 as he did in 2003.

    Difficult to say because if Barrera fought Pacquiao how he fought Morales in the first fight imagine that. Barrera would have been finished far sooner than the 11th round.

    And Morales after the Barrera "loss" improved his pure boxing skills. And MAB coming in with the pure pressure wouldn't work the same in the rematch.

    Blood testing wasn't necessary at all. Urine analysis by far is the best way to catch someone with PEDs. There's nothing the blood testing catches that can't be screened with urinalysis. Which was an interesting road block because there really was no need for Floyd to demand blood tests.
