    I'm not him.

What I DESPISE about Floyd is that he will go to a division and fight the worst guy there as long as he has a belt, but he will avoid the real dangerous types. Then he'll brag about his achievements.

That's what Pedman did, he's never had any good wins in his career as far as many are concerned, most are catchweights (Almost 90%), fighting fighters that were over the hill, drained them. Thank Goodness Floyd kicked his ass

Nope. He was junior middleweight champ, but never went up to middleweight.

It is true. Maybe not 100% entirely Mayweather's fault but there were at least a few fights that would have enhanced his legacy. There was Casamayor at 130 pounds and Zoo at 140 pounds. But imagine if Mayweather was a WW during the class of 2000 (Trinidad, De La Hoya, Mosley, Quartey, Forrest). Do you really think Mayweather would have won all those fights? Mayweather nearly lost to a faded DLH in 2007 and nearly got KO'd by a Mosley who had a gas tank for about 3 rounds. Imagine those fights in their primes.

If you count his greatest wins, they aren't really all that impressive. If you say Corrales, that is the same Corrales who went life and death with the great Justin Juuko two fights before Mayweather. Corrales could punch and was fun to watch but he was overrated; he lost to the elite fighters he faced. JLC arguably beat Mayweather in the first fight. Hatton went life and death with Collazo, the same Collazo who got KD and shutout by a faded Mosley. Hatton was never a great fighter beyond beating an old and inactive Tsyzu by the skin of his teeth (and cheating too).

Mayweather is a good fighter, a HOF for sure, but his resume leaves a lot to be desired and he never proved to be as good as his sycophants or even he himself claims to be.

I've always given Pac MAB, and thought it was generally accepted that Barrera was still within his prime when Manny took him apart. One might reasonably argue that he was mentally jaded, but that's on Barrera.

Erik, though, was definitely past his prime. The quality of his legs had deteriorated even by the time of his first fight with Manny, let alone the sequels. Then factor in the rigors of making 130lb for those return and rubber bouts (he had no choice, Roach insisted).

Even the best version of Maidana is no Manny, much less the pre-Oxnard version, and Morales was literally running on the fumes of his greatness during his eighteen month comeback period, drawing on every bit of deeply ingrained craft he had, to produce those Maidana, Cano and Garcia I performances. Impressive, but shouldn't be confused with a Morales anywhere near his physical prime. (Sidenote -- I love Erik, he's one of my very favorite fighters, but I didn't think he won enough rounds to beat Maidana, although it was a darn close fight. Many of those who scored for him admitted to an affectionate/nostalgic bias that overcredited Morales for an inspiring effort against the odds.)

Either side of his losses to Pacquiao, Morales was beaten very clearly by Raheem and beaten by David Diaz (arguable decision, but Morales in his pomp doesn't let it get that close). His legs had grown rickety and he had to go back down to 130 to rematch Pac, and struggled badly with the weight. I didn't say he was shot, but he was past his prime and he knew it (that's why he hung them up, only returning when welcome dollars were waved in front of his nose).

Raheem was a very bad style match up for Erik....and a fight he took very lightly.

Just curious - how would you rank Floyd's top 10 wins, in order?
