Pac never beat an ATG in his prime, Morales/Barrera/Marquez (Whom he never beat), are NOT ATGS. They are HOF at most, and none of them were at their absolute primes when he beat them.

In no world do we consider Erik Morales an ATG.

 

The problem with you is that you put all the blame on pbf for fights not happening but the ones he didnt fight get off scott free. Pbf was high risk low reward for the likes of oscar and mpsely for years they wanted nothing to do with him until he raised his profile years later. Ehhhh it’s all relative you’d only have literally 4 or 5 fighters that fought other HOF/ATGs in their prime maybe Robinson did it Ali possibly Benitez but he lost to SRL and Hearns. I consider guys like Joe Calz, Rocky Marciano, Holmes etc as ATGs even though their best wins were against other greats who were past their best.
