We don't have a debtors prison here in the USA.....They can go after you civilly, but civil cases do not extradite.

The people who do time in prison for Taxes are the ones that intentionally lied, failed to disclose, or even filed the Taxes at end of year. Owing will get your possessions seized and repossessed, but if all your possessions and assets are in the Philippines let them try.

As powerful as the US govt is they likely work out something with the Philippines as well to get money owed. Even then he still owes his master Bob Arum money. So he can continue fighting in China for peanuts well past his prime and giving Uncle Bob 30% of his purses and be an international fugitive to boot.
