If the fight gets made at 145, then mayweather will get the lion share.

    Typical Floyd.

He thinks the year is 2007.

    Ahem.

I'm thinking that this might be a very lucrative fight but if their egos will not be set aside, this fight will not push through. Both side have to put their ego aside and agree to a 50/50 deal. If someone wants the bigger share, then 60/40 in favor of the winner.

Mayweather does not deserve the lions share, he has only fought 1 A grade fighter in Hatton.
Pac is the clear pound for pound guy. Mayweather just wishes he could suck his own dick

it doesn't matter how he spins it, he doesn't deserve more then a 50/50 split unless they put in a 'winner gets more' clause.

This fight should be 50/50 whoever asks for more doesnt want this fight to happen.

Manny is the WBO welterweight champion, the lineal light-welterweight champion and the universally acclaimed p4p#1. His legacy is one of taking on seemingly insurmountable challenges and succeeding.

Floyd, on the other hand, has recently unretired, has no belts and is widely seen as a cherry-picking coward. I love the man's skills but them's the facts.

He is deluding himself if he thinks he deserves the bigger piece of the pie.

Pacquiao doesn't need Floyd if Manny goes for the winner of Mosely-Berto; less financial gain but equally it enhances his legacy. It could be, after all, a unification fight for the WBO, WBA and WBC. I further imagine that The Ring will confer their belt and therefore the lineal title upon the winner of such a fight.

I suspect Floyd will not attempt to hijack this fight, for fear of losing his precious '0'.

That's why Manny has the greater negotiating power.

50/50 or nothing, even 50/50 is too much in my opinion considering what Pac has done.

Mayweather has an 0 to protect, Pacquiao has been breaking records lately. Right now, Pacquiao is worth far more which is why he's officially considered the greatest of this generation. Pac has been fighting and beating guys you didn't even see him fight in the DREAMS and he has been knocking them the hell out and making them look like journeymen even though he's half their size.

To be honest, I can't even argue with Pacquiao's 60/40 demands.

Absolutely right. Pac's been going and behaving like a great fighter, and Floyd's behaving like a cry-baby. You'd think he'd want to beat Manny to show he's still the best, that he'd take some pride from it.

What the **** is his problem?

"When God wants me to lose, that's when I'll lose," ---So great that Mayweather actually believes that if there is even a "God", that God would give two shits about what the hell Mayweather is doing in his boxing career. Now I know Manny says the same bull**** about thanking God as do alot of athletes do. Its just alot easier to accept from a more humble person like Pacman (although I still think involving an imaginary guy in the sky is bull****), then from Mayweather, someone that if a God really did exsist, would have had his head bashed in in the ring years ago just do to his ego and his worthlessness to this world. If anything, Mayweather still being relevent points more to the idea that there is not a God, as his painfully boring fights bring complete sadness to this world.
