"I really don't have nothing against Manny Pacquiao. I think the people make it more than what it really is because I think it will be one of the biggest fights in boxing history, absolutely. I think that any fight that I'm involved with will always be a mega-fight. It's just so much behind this fight which will make this fight truly unbelievable as far as numbers and as far as people tuning in to watch the event; it's so huge...you gotta realize this, the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight didn't get made because Manny Pacquiao said he wanted two weeks of non-testing. The last two weeks leading up until the fight, he didn't want to take the tests, so that's why the fight didn't happen. Everything they asked of me, I agreed and what I asked of them, they didn't agree...Al Haymon is my go-to guy. We didn't hear anything from Bob Arum...Nobody has reached out. After the first negotiations didn't come through, nobody reached out to Al,"

Floyd, you were guilty of cheating the weight, that! is why you agreed to their stipulation, Manny has not been found guilty of PED.

He's still denying the 2nd negotiations even though he admits Al is working for him to make a fight? Really?

    Floyd still a G.

Do you know if there was a $10million for each pound overweight fee for the 2nd negotiations? I didn't hear anything about it.:think

He didn't make weight on a fight at 147 with a catch weight of 145. At least he tried to go down for marquez even though he was a much bigger draw. Coming back from 18 months laid off, he prolly had to shred more pounds than he is used too and paid for it.

Every fight is different. Both side get to make proposals and manny had that 10 million per pound penalty which is not a joking matter and floyd agree to it. Floyd's situpulation was to ensure fair play which is understandable when you see a little guy koing bigger guys when he wasn't in lower weights. That is floyd's concern. They both have concerns. just bc manny have always passed a drug test doesn't equal that floyd can't proposal additional drug tests.

was a result of drug testing a minute before and after the fight differs? if the answer is no so why not let floyd and pac fight first then right after the fight have their blood taken for drug testing. if manny won and is positive of peds, the decision will be changed and he be penalised and floyd's still the undefeated. if the mayweathers still refuse this, therefore they are scared of manny all these time. What a waste all that talent and skill is that Floyd has.
A Mayweather -Paq fight is a wet dream, and Floyd ruined it.
    What a douche bag.

Floyd didn't make a catchweight, but he's never failed to make the weight of the weightclass that he fights in.

Manny on the other hand was stripped for failing to make the limit of a weigthclass as established by the rules of the sport. If anything, Mayweather should have asked him for weight penalty clause, as he already has a history of showing up overweight for championship fights.

You are really trying hard to differentiate it huh?

I love how PBF talks about God and only God can judge him. And you can't judge him because you don't know him....

    Then he starts judging everyone....

    Good one.

Read the second part of the interview. He asks Floyd straight up if Manny not agreeing to random OSDT is the reason the fight isn't being made and he says Aboslutely!
