There is a flip side to that coin as well. We are living in a time of PED's and many athletes have taking them and got away with it. Mosley is one of them and you don't see the commission overturning that loss on Oscar's record. My perception is that your probably right, but technically speaking, if the fight isn't happening, its because one guy wants to put additional things in place, when the other guy is willing to fight under the circumstance EVERY! other fighter is willing to adhere to. Mayeather has to make his decision, does he want to be a fighter, or work for an athletic commission?


Maybe cause Roach is not Manny? you ask him a question, maybe he can only give his two sense on what he anticipates his fights is going to say? I dare say he has a round about idea what Manny might say, but when you flip flop a question different ways, it might become more vague.
