He agreed to Floyd's blood tests, only issue is the cutoff. But here's why I fault Mayweather than Pacquiao. Pacquiao has gone from no drug tests before to now 7 days(or 0 days but some argue with this). While Floyd wanted all the way to the fight before, then 14 days, and now 0 days. So one accommodated to 7 days while another wanted all or nothing.

Manny went from 30 days to 24 days, to 14 days, to 7 days. Floyd went from 0 days, to 14 days, and back to 0 days.

It took Manny 6 months to agree to something that was, apparently, workable for both fighters. Therefore, Manny is the reason the first fight did not happen, IMO.

Floyd was not willing to negotiate further on the matter, the second time around. Floyd's apparent disinterest in negotiating in May/Jun, is the reason the fight did not happen, for a second time, IMO.

You contradicted yourself. Pacquiao is more consistent of trying to make the fight happen. Notice how the numbers from 30 to 24 to 14 to 7 days keep getting lower? Pac really wants the fight to happen.

Floyd keeps trying to insist on his self imposed date. from 0 to 14 and then 0? That just doesn't make sense specially when OSDT is way out of the norm.

This was 2yrs ago though. Pac has agreed to drug testing all the way up to the fight even in between rounds but Floyd hasn't come out yet.

Now that Pac has switched from HBO to showtime, Floyd is now making videos of how he wants to fight Pac. Ain't that a *****?

If not for this OSDT BS, we would have been talking about the rematch. Bad thing about Floyd is that he easily believes in a story, he could have taken the fight just like the others, but like a child, he believed in bed time stories about imaginary monsters hiding under the bed. Unless Floyd realized that there's no such thing as monsters, maybe, just maybe he would find the urge again. About "I will Never let me fans down...NOT ME!", man, is he talking to his alter ego?

There is no contradiction. The testing demand will ALWAYS be there, between these two. Considering that...FLOYD showed more interest in making the fight in Dec/Jan, than Manny. While MANNY showed more interest in May/Jun. There is nothing to debate here...this is very obvious.

This was NOT two years ago. :huh This was just last year. Your, apparent, fanaticism has distorted your sense of time.

"Agreed", implies past tense. When did Manny agree to OSDT? Was it on the contract that Arum sent over to Greenburg, this past June? :think

I'm not talking about what Manny said he was willing to do, in interviews leading up to the Margarito fight. That's just talk. Until he has signed a contract to fight, binding himself to this agreement, his claims of having "agreed" to take the tests is no more credible than Floyd's claims of wanting to knock Manny out (according to 50 cent), when he hasn't signed to fight ANYONE for 2011.

The situation with the networks won't stop this fight...if both fighters are willing to do what it takes to make it happen.

I don't think this was the only reason. Both fighters have advisors. Floyd was, evidently, advised to ask for OSDT, while Manny's advisors were thinking about the best (safest) matchup(s) to take, prior to the elections.

There's no use arguing about past negotiations. I won't argue who's to blame the first time around you can make a case for both. What I do is look at the whole situation, the bigger picture. And right now I don't think you can justify not accepting the 7 day compromise. (Or 0 days as Manny said. Don't give me that 'where's the contract' BS. all Floyd has to do is call his bluff.)
