Thats great and all, but what the **** would be the point of this boxing forum if we all had the same exact ideas, and thoughts about everything?

I wish Ali would make a statement dissin this fool for saying that or visit the gym and punch him in his mouth. He's still got it in him to do that at least.

Sugar coming back in zombie form and terrorizing him would be cool too....

Floyd fanatics put this forum right in the gutter.

    Absolutely ridiculous.

I in no way shape or form think that Mayweather is better than Sugar Ray Robinson..

that being said I do see Mayweathers point to an extent. He has worked very hard to get to where he is at. Why after all that work would he say another fighter is better than him? That is just an athletes mentality..

Peyton Manning would be alot more humble about it, but do you think he believes that Joe Montana was a better QB than him? I think alot of what makes athletes great is that they believe they are the best and work to do that.

SRL: "I've heard people compare me to robinson, but trust me, there is no comparison. Robinson is the greatest"

Ali: "Robinson is the king, the master, my idol"

FMJ: "Am I better than Sugar Ray Robinson? yes."

    Notice the disparity?

The only thing that springs to mind is.

George Carlin, "It's delusional, it's delusional thinking."

I don't agree with him, and I never said he was right. All I am saying is I can understand the mentality.

Can you really not look at both sides of the coin here? Are you that narrow minded?

    What are you talking about??

Give floyd free passage to say anything he wants because he is cocky???
No. He gets ridiculed by logical fans.

Like he deserves a free pass because he is egotistical. Come the **** on dude.

I'd like to hear about the fighters Floyd admires. Who were they?
