Like being confident is a crime....every fighter feels like they are the best. Mayweather isnt a better fighter than Robinson on an all-time great list aspect...but it can be argued he is a better technical fighter than Robinson and a better defensive fighter.

A person has to arrogant to be a fighter, its part of the job. Before Ali really was the " Greatest" no one liked him saying it:good

So you have no intention in honoring your bet, then?

And yes they were bums, if not then nobody should give Mayweather grief for having his name mentioned near Matthew Hatton's.

Look I get what you're saying. You cant be a boxer and when someone says, hey are you gonna win, and you reply "Uh well Maybe", that doesnt work in boxing.

Seriously though Mayweather's antics get old, I mean Ali talked ALOT, but even he could eventually sit down and talk about the fighters before him and give you an honest answer on if he thinks he was better than them or not. Mayweather cannot, cause if you got him to sit and talk to you before you could finish your sentence he would say something like, "I'm better than him, and I make alot more money."

May just doesnt know how to turn of his **** talk/thug mentality switch. And skill aside everyone is starting to really get sick of it. It just goes to show how far having a little bit of class will get you with the hard working not rich folks. Mayweather is no thug, in fact he has alot more in common with the rich white man now that he does with the broke black man struggling in the hood.

But even when a man like Ali can admit he wasn't p4p the goat, it shows that a confident, even cocky fighter still knows when someone was truly better than he.

Honestly I dont pay attention to what athetes say in the ring, as long as they execute and 40-0(25) dont lie. He is doing something right, arguably the best fighter of this generation. He didnt get where he is being humble, nor did Ali or Robinson( who was a documented *****)

They arent antics. Mayweater clearly believes he is better then these guys. He's certainly not going to admit it anytime soon. You should wait until his career is over before getting any hope of Mayweather admitting someone is better then him. Its part of his identity now.
Meh, you shouldnt get butthurt over it. Its clearly not hurting Mayweathers pockets.

Get real, everyone knows with a brain here that if Mayweather or any top boxer fought the same competition that Robinson did for a majority of his fights, They would win a majority of those fights.

Now, are you ever going to follow through on the lifetime ban bet?

It doesnt bother me that he thinks hes better than Ray Robinson, its like Floyd said "Even assholes have opinions",but then you have people on this thread that started watching boxing after they saw Mayweather on 24/7 trying to discredit the record of an all time great they never saw fight and dont know **** about who he fought, specially when these same know nothing fanboys forget that around 25 out of 40 of Mayweather's fights are meaningless wins against nobodies or shot fighters.

He would have won that fight if it wasn't for a heat wave that required the fight to get a second ref as the first passed out.

Agreed. Cant wait for the Mayweather biography to come out. And see if he ever lets his true feelings on boxing history be known.
