Floyd means he will kill some fans of boredom by running for 12 rounds.

I don't expect him to say otherwise to sell this fight.

Can't believe so many peeps dont see this fight for what it is, a mismatch...Floyd knows its an easy nights work, I'll be shocked if he doesnt stop Cotto.

I doubt Miguel will win a round, he's just too slow to hang with Floyd

I actually think Mayweather has been more committed to his punches since the N'Dou fight. He's 12-0 over that span with 6 KOs and 11 KDs.

Sorry but I tend to believe Mayweather when he says he's bringing the pain. He said he would go for the stoppage against Ortiz and there was moments where he beat the **** out of him and pulled the trigger.

He's stated that he is more offensive minded now.

Known for his amazing speed and defence, the undefeated Mayweather plans to take a more offensive stance in the fight against Cotto.
"I think I'm more offensive minded, I think I'm not moving as much, I'm standing there toe to toe," Mayweather told reporters at his boxing club in Las Vegas.

This May is once again accompanied by “Mayweather” as the clouds of anticipation roll in for the years biggest fight Floyd “Money” Mayweather vs Cotto. The fight the fans want to see, versus Manny Pacquiao, will most likely not take place in 2012 as Pacquiao squares off against Palm Spring’s Timothy Bradley June 9th. As in the past, Top Rank has chosen Pacquiao’s oppenent caustiously instead of risking a potential loss to the pound for pound champ, Mayweather.

Floyd Mayweather, love him or hate him has captured our attention once again. This time perhaps at the request of the Las Vegas judge who has claimed the city needs his fight for the good of the economy. Delaying his 90 jail sentence to June 1st.

The 35 year old Mayweather is focused on his most dangerous opponent, Miguel Cotto. At 154 pounds Cotto is a much bigger adversary. The only other 154 pound fighter Mayweather has faced was Oscar De La Hoya, who some would argue was his most challenging fight.

HBO’s 24/7 has been chronicling the lives of both fighters leading up to the mega event at the MGM. Mayweather has repeatedly been criticiczed for his foul mouth, childish antics on the show. If there is one thin“Money”Mayweather knows how to do, it is sell tickets.

Leonard Ellerbe, the business manager of the trash talking Mayweather says his fighter is a “rock star and “ one of the most talented atheltes in the world”.

Cotto is great because he fought anyone and did so without Roids.

You'd get drilled by *****s for exposing this article. For them Floyd is the cash cow. The biggest name in boxing. No way he'd let his tickets reduced that much. People wants to see him remember?

When Floyd hit Ortiz with that uppercut, Ortiz was falling forward. He was lucky to grab Mayweather because that was about to be a knockdown.

Miguel Cotto is going to get knocked out. Floyd showing up to the MGM Grand at Foxwoods was probably the best thing for boxing. It motivated him to want to be an exciting fighter. He saw 1st hand what it feels like to be a part of the crowd and to be thoroughly entertained. He changed his style when he fought Mosley. He changed his style again for the last fight. I think Floyd wants to be a pressure fighter, a flat footed fighter (who generates more power in his shots), and more exciting. I think Floyd forgot what it was like to be an ass in the seat watching a boxing match. He saw what he needed to see and he adjusted to it. He knows what everyone knows about Cotto. That's the fact that he can't take the punches he used to take any longer. Cotto is going to get knocked out. I don't mean rescued. I mean crawling around on the canvass until the ref reaches 10.
