This is a great thread. It's so hilariously tiring to hear people complain about the age of Floyd's opponents and yet no one wants to discuss Floyd's own age.

The truly startling thing is how some people still mistake this version of Floyd for a "peak Mayweather". He's so good and outclasses his opponents by such a margin that some people consider a mid-30s boxer to be in his physical prime. That alone speaks volumes. I've even heard the remark that, "Floyd is waiting until Pacquiao slips from his prime before he gets him in the ring". I mean... you just have to laugh.

 

It's like they don't even know emmanuel dapidran is 2 years younger.

Just not the chin. JT has a great beard. Mayweather's is just decent and backed up with insane focus, conditioning, and in-fight awareness.
