You're also missing the combination that while Shane has been in the ring with Forrest, Oscar, Wright, and the like, Ortiz doesnt have that pedigree, so when Floyd steps in the pocket will Ortiz have the boxing guile to deal with Floyds intelligence and speed without breaking.

Floyd hasnt fought off the backfoot against a southpaw his entire career. There is no reason why he would abandon a gameplan tht works now.

look at how he threw it, there was something wrong with it and the way he was holding it. He didn't break it like I said, but a bad bruise and in a fight the pain can go away every now and then for you to throw it, but it'll still hurt everytime you do

Pacquiaos fanatics like to bring up old fights of Floyd looking bad or whatever, yet Floyd WON. You bring up an old Pacquiao fight of him getting knocked out or out boxed...and all kinds of excuses emerge:rofl

Not the fight I watched. Why was Nazim begging him to let his hands go if he was thowing punches to the full extent of what he can? And if you bring up inaccurate compubox then you have to admit that Floyd lost first fight with Castillo.

That's because there's no footage of Floyd's 6 amatuer losses when Pacquaio was a flyweight champion at the same time.

    Umm sorry but no.

    1. Fights are scored on a round by round basis. If Floyd outlanded Castillo 100-20 in the first 7 rounds. And Castillo outlanded Mayweather 200-50 in the last 5 rounds. Castillo in the end landed more punches then Mayweather, but he lost the fight.

    2. Punches thrown are easier to count then punches landed. A punch thrown is clear to see. A punch landed is not always clear to see. Castillo could have been landing punches on floyds arms which were counted. How are you gonna miss punches thrown.

    3. Compubox statistics prove Mosley were more active in the 2nd half of the fight.

    4. A tired Mosley

If Mosley was so tired why did was he so active in the 12th?

Dont worry on September 18th. I guarantee you'll be saying "Ortiz gassed" after the fight. Because you dont understand boxing.

Ortiz doesn't look like he has the best stamina. Body shots kill stamina, and Floyd has historically been a relentless body puncher against lefties.
